Breast Feeding Support

Breast feeding is the best nutrition choice for your baby. It can work fantastically well and easily from the start. However for many it is a learning process that you and your baby will master together over time.

As breastfeeding is promoted as the ‘natural’ way, mother’s who have difficulty may struggle or give up. Thus support and expert knowledge is vital to success.

I am passionate about breast feeding ready to support and help you from initially latching and fixing baby to breast to on-going achievement. I have been promoting breast feeding through working with breast feeding mothers and from knowledge and ongoing professional development for over 20 years.

At this time I am studying to become a Lactation Consultant [IBCLC] thus my knowledge is current.

International Board Certified Lactation Consultants [IBCLC] are health care professionals with extensive and in depth knowledge to support breast feeding mothers. I can offer home visits as a standalone or as part of a package. Please contact me for information.

When I met you I knew that Id be happy and comfortable placing my care in your hands which strengthened as time progressed. I couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect pregnancy and birth and the circumstances in which Olivia entered the world, at home, and relaxed would not have happened without you. In the first days and weeks as a new Mum it was of great peace of mind to know that you were there for me at the end of a telephone, or in person when I needed you.
